Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds for incorrectly selected items or if you change your mind. You can choose between a refund (at the purchase at the time of the order) or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different than advertised or not what you ordered (unless contacted by Sticks n Cones for an agreed substitute to complete order).

To apply for a refund you need to contact Sticks n Cones within 5 days of receipt of goods with your Name, Order number, email and a brief description of why you are requiring a refund. You will receive an email from Sticks n Cones to confirm or decline your request. If confirmed, goods need to be returned prior to processing the refund or exchange. You will receive an email containing a return number and return address. Please ensure you include the return number on the return packaging for processing. Once goods have been received your refund or exchange will be processed or dispatched and you will be notified via email once completed.

Return Policy

Where goods need to be returned, Sticks n Cones will cover return costs for approved refunds only. Your return number will not cover your return cost initially, however you will be reimbursed once the goods are received at Sticks n Cones and processed with your refund. Your final confirmation email will contain a breakdown of product refund and return costs as well as the total refunded.
